RESIDENTIAL EICR

We offer a fixed price for residential Electrical Installation Condition Report (previously known as a Periodic Inspection Report). The fixed price includes full inspection & testing of the complete electrical installation at the property, followed by the completed report/certificate. If you have any questions about the contents of the report, we will talk through these with you. We can also provide a fixed price quote for any remedial work that's required.
